Makes the matrix header for a matrix of fields always visible (as long as the matrix is visible) - for surveys only.

Enabling the Module (after installation)

To use this module in REDCap, enable the sticky-matrix-headers-module module in the External Modules page of your REDCap project.

After selecting "Enable a module", you can search for and enable the Sticky Matrix Headers module.
