Description
This module allows you to combine data from one or more forms into a single PDF. It was designed for use in projects where you have multiple consent forms completed by multiple participants or coordinators and wish to merge them into a single, 'final', consent. You can then use an Alert and Notification to email the final consent to participants.
User Notes
Enabling the Module (after installation)
To use this module in REDCap, enable the multi-signature-consent module in the External Modules page of your REDCap project.
After selecting "Enable a module", you can search for and enable the Multi Signature Consent module.
