Overview

• GPC project
  • agreement to transfer limited data set to MU
  • GPC data set is a PCORnet data model
  • Data is housed at MU
  • also coordinating with them to convert our data to i2b2 data model
  • exposed through shrine
  • helps identify sites that would be good candidates for specific studies
  • all sites can access the shrine app to do exploratory queries
    • several sites participates in enact network
    • login to MU shrine instance
    • run cohort query to query across all sites
    • find sites that should be included in the project

  • are all wash u keys allowed to access the app
  • need to determine if i2db needs to "approve" accounts and/or coordinate with MU to allow access
• reach out to MU to figure out how users get approved
