How to Add a User to Databasin

Add User to an Institution

  1. User signs in
  2. Select the institution
  3. Click administration
  4. Click add user
  5. Click the plus sign next to the user
  6. Select the appropriate role (User or Admin)
  7. Click Add user

Add User to a Project

  1. Ensure the user has been added to the institution.
  2. Select the project to add them to
  3. Click on Administration
  4. Click Add User
  5. Find the user to add and click the plus sign next to their name
    1. Optionally repeat this until all users are added
  6. Select the appropriate role for the user(s)
  7. Click Add User(s)
