WashU MDClone User Guides

• MDClone has created the MDClone Online Academy, which contains e-learning modules, onboarding training courses, how-to video tutorials, webinars, podcasts, and the opportunity to create online learning communities to coach, share, and preserve knowledge.
• Users requesting training materials for the MDClone application can register for the MDClone Academy here: https://academy.mdclone.com/learn/register

When filling out the organization code, use WashU.

• The new online academy will replace the previous MDClone training environment, Enabley. If you created an account in Enabley, all your achievements will be seamlessly transferred to the MDClone, ensuring your progress is preserved.

• Click here, then select “Register” to create an account.

• MDClone set it up that Nicole is copied on the Academy welcome email when a new user is set up and an alert email goes to Nicole when a user has completed their Academy onboarding course.
