Request Access to an Existing Allocation

Users may request to be added to an existing RIS Allocation.

To provision access to an RIS Allocation, navigate to the following link: https://washu.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2
and 'Request a Modification to Server.'

From here, select 'Add User(s) to Existing Allocation:

You will need to fill in all the fields in the form. The description field should include the request type that you are creating such as adding a new user to an RIS allocation.

The Storage Name Allocation field should include the allocation name that you are adding the user to.

The WashU Key(s) or Email Address(es) of New User(s)*(required) field should include the Wash U key for the users being added.

You may choose to CC people on the request.

Finally, any allocation information needed for the request should go in Allocation Information.

Its important to note that allocation requests will need additional approval once the request is submitted.
