Could you clarify if there's a cost associated with this setup? Additionally, once the SFTP site is established, will your team handle its ongoing support?

Response:
Yes, there will be a small setup fee to cover the time my team will spend on the initial configuration. The initial cost for setting up a storage location and SFTP connection is typically around $200. The team will provide support to answer questions or help troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Any additional work beyond basic support would typically be billed against the provided cost center. For example, if you requested the team build an ETL process for the data, or a dashboard to be built etc. However, we would discuss this with your team before starting any billable work.

Cost Centers

Cost centers are required for most requests/projects that we process. You can find a list of existing cost centers that we use for billing in the conf.billing.cost_centers table in the data lake. These cost centers can be used in Azure tags to associate resource costs with quarterly bills.
