• Takes too much time to curate the data into neuroframe
• Staffing resources
• Registry staffing has shifted in last 5 years
• Switched to neuroframe about 1 yr ago
  • May be able to pull in some vendor resources

What is Available in Data

• Every diagnosed or treated patient in the system

Goal

• Use unstructured data to have an LLM to determine a stage classification
• Maybe target small cell lung cancer for first use case
• Use neuroframe data(?)
