Setup SendGrid Email Access

Problem

You need access to the production Twilio SendGrid account.

Solution

1. Go to i2-shared-sendgrid on the Azure Portal.
2. On the i2-shared-sendgrid page, click on the "Open SaaS Account on publisher's site".

Now you should have entered the main I2DB/HICAPPS production Twilio SendGrid account page.

Discussion

I2DB doesn't have a direct SendGrid subscription account. Rather a Microsoft Azure Marketplace linked Twilio SendGrid account called i2-shared-sendgrid. It's accessible through the Azure Portal. Although, sometime, it isn't directly visible on Azure without going through the exact i2-shared-sendgrid link.
